Shipping policy

From our door to yours.
We promise to ship your order as fast as possible!   Orders typically ship from our store in Siesta Key within 24-48 hours of receipt of your online order. Typical ground shipping time is 3 – 8 days. Expedited shipping is available for most items. 
Custom and pre-sale orders typically take between 2-4 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the listing. You'll receive tracking information when your item ships, and if you're ever unsure of where your order is, please reach out to us at CharlieAnn@gidgetscoastalprovisions.com for help.
 
P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES
We can ship to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes.
Please note that if you have a US rural address, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols.

APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.
 
IF YOUR TRACKING SAYS YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE
Please contact us at the address and number below  within 10 days of the delivery date so we can investigate further.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS FOR SELFCARE PRODUCT ORDERS
If you’re located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, you’ll be unable to order hazardous materials including aerosols. If you’re located anywhere else in North America, all hazardous materials including aerosols are required to be sent by standard ground shipping.
