Refund policy
RETURNS
At Gidget's, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all return items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Several types of goods are not eligible for return or refund. They are
- Sale items (Only regular priced items may be returned. All sale items are considered final sales and are not eligible for a refund.)
- Perishable goods such as food, candy and drink mixes
- Bath products
- Gift cards
- Books
- Hats
- Earrings
- Handmade Art
TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN
To complete your return, send the item along with a receipt or other proof of purchase to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using both a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your return has been approved for a refund equal to the amount of the merchandise minus any shipping or processing fees. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount of the gift receipt.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Returns are only available for items that were shipped to the United States.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
